1.5 Payment and Subscription Information

If you purchase a subscription, we collect:

• Payment information (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor)
• Subscription plan details and billing history
• Subscription status and renewal information

Note: We do not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Subscription Plans:

• Free Plan: $0/month - 3 learn sessions per month, 3 limited tries for quiz, flashcards, summary, and mind map generation
• Premium Plan: $10/month - Unlimited learn sessions, unlimited quiz/flashcard/summary/mind map generation, all features unlimited
• Team Plan: $7/seat/month - All Premium features plus team collaboration features, unlimited for all team members

3.1 Firebase (Google)

We use Google Firebase for:

• Authentication: User account management and sign-in services
• Firestore Database: Storage of your content, tests, notes, and user data
• Firebase Storage: Secure cloud storage for your uploaded files (documents, audio, video, images)
• Firebase Analytics: Usage analytics and user behavior tracking

Your data is stored in Google Cloud infrastructure. Please review Google's Privacy Policy and Google Cloud Terms of Service.

3.2 Google Gemini AI

We use Google Gemini AI (gemini-2.5-flash and gemini-2.5-flash-lite) to:

• Generate summaries, notes, quizzes, and flashcards from your content
• Provide AI chat assistance and answer questions about your materials
• Process and analyze uploaded documents, audio, and video content
• Extract and understand content from web links and YouTube videos

Your content is sent to Google's AI services for processing. Google may use this data to improve their AI models. Please review Google's Privacy Policy.

3.3 Google Cloud Run

We use Google Cloud Run microservices hosted on Google Cloud Platform to process AI requests. These services handle:

• AI chat processing
• Note and summary generation
• Quiz and flashcard generation
• Mind map generation
• YouTube content processing
• Audio transcription (Whisper API)

3.4 Lemon Squeezy

We use Lemon Squeezy as our payment processor for subscription billing. Lemon Squeezy collects and processes:

• Payment card information (securely processed, not stored by us)
• Billing address and contact information
• Subscription transaction data

3.5 Vercel Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to monitor website performance and usage patterns. This service collects anonymized analytics data about page views and user interactions.

3.6 YouTube API

When you add YouTube videos to your content, we use the YouTube Data API to retrieve video metadata (title, description, thumbnail). We do not access your YouTube account or personal YouTube data.

3.7 Data Sharing Limitations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your data:

• With service providers who help us operate our platform (as described above)
• When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
• With your explicit consent
• In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, etc.)

4.1 Data Storage

• Firebase Firestore: User accounts, content, tests, notes, and application data
• Firebase Storage: Uploaded files (documents, audio, video, images)
• Local Storage: Browser local storage for authentication state and user preferences (language settings, chat state)
• Session Storage: Temporary session data for chat conversations and form inputs

4.2 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
• Firebase security rules to restrict unauthorized access
• Encrypted password storage (passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text)
• Secure authentication using Firebase Auth

4.3 Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You can delete your account and associated data at any time through your account settings. Some data may be retained for a limited period after account deletion for legal and operational purposes.
